Some Serious Bass Playing

Chris Squire from the band Yes is a great bass player and I really love some of their albums.

But isn’t he taking it a little bit too serious here? I get kind of a Spinal Tap feeling when I see this. He is also wearing knee-high pirate type boots to complement his nice white shirt.

I would like to end this post with a quote from the great Frank Zappa:

Yes, you better believe it!

I found this image in the booklet to the CD “Keys to Ascension”. I actually the DVD but I have not seen it yet. I will have to take a look and see what this is all about.
