This is Number One, in the TV series The Simpsons, he is the head of the Stonecutters and is voiced by Patrick Stewart. Not much is known about Number One, except that he is a loyal stonecutter and rose above the ranks to lead the Springfield chapter. The Stonecutters appears in the episode “Homer the Great” from season six.
The voice of Number One, Patrick Stewart, is considered one of the best single episode guest stars in the shows history by both fans and producers. He is now also playing a recurring role as CIA Deputy Director Avery Bullock on the animated series American Dad.
